# Godstone and Adamant In a few rare locations, deposits of brittle white stone have been found. The stone can be easily ground down to a powder that is known as godstone or godsand. From this, a shining white metal called adamant can be forged. It shines in all the colors of the rainbow and appears in many myths and legends. It is said to be the only thing that is able to hurt to hurt a god. Only a handful of legendary craftsmen were ever able to work with adamant, so not much is known about how to smelt or forge it. Over the centuries, the mystics have discovered that this metal can also be imbued with favor to be withdrawn at a later time; it also acts as a conduit for favor. The godstone powder shares these mystical properties, but is much weaker. However, the powder is sometimes burned in religious or mystical rituals or worked into medicine. # Sacred Wood Once in a while, a tree will absorb an unusual amount of the free-flowing favor around it and grow exceedingly tall and magnificent. That happens more often in places where favor naturally concentrates and where nature is worshipped as a deity. These trees are usually revered by the locals and often serve as religious gathering sites. A branch of such a sacred tree can be used as a conduit for a person's favor in the same way as adamant. The wood can also store a small amount of favor, but only for a short time.
